How Can severe Soreness In The Thigh be Treated?

I fell two days ago, tripped fell backwards mostly on my left buttocks, back and hit my head. Now my right thigh huts like sore, muscle. I think I might have pulled something trying not to fall. Neck is a little sore, too. Just wondered how I would know if it was a blood clot or just sore muscle. Doesn t hurt unless I use the muscle.

You may be suffering from muscle spasm or tendinitis due to trauma.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
